I’m Starr, founder of Bare Physiques, and I help busy women build lean, sculpted, confident bodies, without living in extremes or constantly “starting over.”
I’m a certified PT, Recovery Specialist, Nutritionist, and FMG Bikini Pro, but my real expertise comes from years of working with women who are doing everything right… yet still don’t feel like their body reflects it.
I’m not into punishment workouts, overly restrictive food rules, or generic “just be consistent” advice. I’m into systems that actually work with your real life, your schedule, your stress, and your energy.
When I’m not coaching, I’m traveling with my family or living life the same way I teach my clients to - balanced, intentional, and not obsessed with being perfect.
